Text It The Way You'd Ask a Person

Reminders that actually fire

"Remind me to send the invoice Friday at 4." Sonic pings you on time, every time. Recurring ones too: "Every Monday at 9, chase last week's leads."

Threads, summed up in seconds

Forward a 40-message group chat and ask "what did we actually decide?" Sonic reads it and hands back the short version so you don't scroll.

Documents, read for you

Send a PDF contract or an invoice and ask "what am I signing?" Sonic pulls out the dates, numbers and anything that looks off.

Why One More App Is One Too Many

Think about the last productivity app you downloaded. You signed up, picked a plan, learned the buttons, and then quietly stopped opening it. The tool wasn't the problem. The friction was. Every new app asks you to leave what you're doing and go somewhere else, and most of us just don't.

Sonic takes the opposite bet. You already open WhatsApp dozens of times a day, so that's where it lives. There's nothing to launch and nowhere else to check. You type a message, Sonic does the thing, and it replies in the same chat you were already in. That's the whole interface.

Say you're between meetings and remember a deadline. You don't hunt for the right app. You open the chat you already had open and type "remind me to file the VAT return by the 15th." Done. Need a supplier chased? "Message Dana and ask when the shipment lands, then tell me." Sonic reaches out, waits for the reply, and reports back.

It handles the admin that piles up around real work: reminders and to-dos, follow-ups with people, notes it remembers so you don't have to repeat yourself, summaries of long threads and documents, quick web lookups, and the calendar and spreadsheet updates you keep meaning to make. All of it by text, in plain words, no menus to memorise.

The point isn't that Sonic is clever. It's that delegating stopped feeling like work. You hand off the small stuff the same way you'd ask a capable assistant, and you get your attention back for the things only you can do.

The Questions People Ask First

Do I really not need to install anything?

Correct. Sonic runs inside WhatsApp, the app you already have. You save it as a contact, send your first message, and you're going. There's no separate app to download, no dashboard to log into, and no new account to set up beyond WhatsApp itself.

How do I actually talk to it?

Exactly how you text anyone. Write in normal sentences: "Remind me to call the accountant every Monday at 9," or "Summarise this PDF." No commands or special syntax to learn. If Sonic needs more detail, it just asks, and you reply in the same chat.

What can Sonic handle for me?

One-time and recurring reminders, to-dos and notes, follow-ups where it messages someone and reports back, summaries of long chats and documents like contracts and invoices, live web search, image generation, and updates to your Google Calendar, Sheets and Docs. All by text.

Does it work in group chats?

Yes. Add Sonic to a group and it can send automatic reminders the whole group sees, which is handy for standups, rent splits, timesheets or practice schedules. Everyone stays coordinated in the chat they already use, without another shared tool to manage.

What about my privacy?

Sonic only acts on what you send it, and it keeps a personal memory so you don't repeat yourself. It won't read chats you don't share with it. Think of it as a contact that helps when asked, not something watching over your shoulder.

What does it cost and how do I start?

Sonic is in early access right now, so pricing isn't public yet. Request access and we'll get you set up. Once you're in, saving the contact and sending your first reminder takes about a minute, and you can put it to work straight away.
