1. Acceptance

By using Agent Sonic over WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the assistant.

2. The service

Agent Sonic is an AI assistant that responds to messages you send over WhatsApp. It can answer questions, manage reminders and notes, search the web, analyze documents, generate images, and — if you connect your Google account — help with your Google Calendar, Sheets and Docs.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the assistant for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • You are responsible for the content you send and for any account you connect.

4. Google account connection

Connecting your Google account is optional and authorized by you through Google's consent screen. You may revoke access at any time via /disconnect or in your Google Account settings. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

5. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Verify important information independently.

6. Availability & "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the assistant at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
