Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance

Agent Sonic is operated by Agent Sonic, Tel Aviv, Israel ("we", "us", "our"). By using Agent Sonic over WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the assistant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age required for valid consent in your country) to use the assistant. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. The service

Agent Sonic is an AI assistant that responds to messages you send over WhatsApp. It can answer questions, manage reminders and notes, search the web, analyze documents, generate images, transcribe and reply to voice notes, and — if you connect your Google account — help with your Google Calendar, Sheets and Docs. Access may be limited to users approved by the operator.

4. Paid features & payments

Some features of Agent Sonic are free; others require payment, either as a one-time charge or a recurring subscription. We will tell you which features are paid and the applicable price before you incur any charge, and you only pay if you choose to use a paid feature.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal, our third-party payment provider. We do not collect, receive, or store your full payment-card or bank details on our systems — that information is handled entirely by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy. Your purchase is also subject to PayPal's terms.

Unless required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer-protection and right-of-withdrawal rules), fees are non-refundable and prices may change with notice for future charges. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access to the paid feature.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the assistant for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Do not use it to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, to harass, or to infringe anyone's rights.
  • You are responsible for the content you send and for any account you connect.

6. Google account connection

Connecting your Google account is optional and authorized by you through Google's consent screen. You may revoke access at any time via /disconnect or in your Google Account settings. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

7. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Verify important information independently. You are responsible for how you use the assistant's output.

8. Outreach on your behalf & messaging third parties

Some features let the assistant contact other people on your behalf (for example, reaching out to a contact you specify to coordinate or gather information). If you use these features, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have a lawful basis and any consent required to have those people contacted, and you will comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws — including section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, and equivalent rules elsewhere;
  • you will not use the feature for advertising, marketing, or other unsolicited commercial messaging without the prior opt-in consent those laws require; and
  • you are the controller of any personal data of those third parties that you provide, and you are responsible for giving them any notice the law requires.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or penalty arising from your use of these features or your breach of this section.

9. Your responsibility & indemnity

You are responsible for your use of the assistant and for the content and accounts you connect. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms or of applicable law.

10. Availability & "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, for consumers, rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country.

12. Termination

You may stop using the assistant at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory law (for example, consumer-protection rules in your country of residence) grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
